Figueres

Hola!

Right now, I am in the hotel lobby using the free wifi coz we can't get the room ethernet working UGH. But anyway, the first day has been fun, but it seemed super long. Maybe its due to that fact that Spain is 7 hours behind Singapore. I'm like the only one not jetlagged...yet.. but maybe its because I have had late and irregular sleeping habits the past few weeks coz of school anyway!

I've tried a few Tapas, quite like them. Will be updating with photos soon, maybe later perhaps. I'm too lazy to get my camera memory card out. When you do come to Spain, take note: restaurants only open for Dinner earliest 8:30pm.

Excited for tomorrow, will be visiting the Salvador Dalí teatro-museu (museum)! And then on Monday we will drive from Figueres to San Sebastián through the French region of Basque Country (because Figueres and San Sebastián lie near the Spain–France borders). This morning we drove closer to the France and chanced upon Cadaqués, a small sea port village kind of thing along the Mediterranean ocean and it was really scenic and gorgeous, sort of like Greece (but I've never gone, yet).

Everything here is fucking expensive! But at least the Euro is somewhat weaker now. Parking for less than 2 hours cost 4.20 Euros which is rouhgly 6 or 7 sing dollars WTFFFFFFFF.
